Education and referral

To borrow a medical term, VISTO was created to "triage" client needs.

VISTO was designed to offer short-term assistance and then refer clients to agencies better equipped to offer longer term assistance. 

 

80% of our clients will access our services six times or less during a calendar year. However, many clients use our services on an ongoing basis.    

 

We have a vast knowledge of community resources and we use our contacts to teach client how to reach out and find services and information to meet their needs.
